Terms and Conditions.

By registering for, accessing or using the Services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• You have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy

Wemofy provides tools to message customers over WhatsApp and Telegram from one dashboard, including:

• Sending messages to contacts, lists and groups, with files and buttons
• Scheduling campaigns and reusable templates
• An auto-reply chatbot on plans that include it
• Delivery and reply reports
• AI-assisted writing, and a tool to find businesses to contact

Wemofy is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by WhatsApp, Meta or Telegram. We may update, change or discontinue features at any time.

You agree to:

• Give accurate and current information when you register
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes
• Message only people you have a legitimate reason to contact, and stop when they ask you to
• Not send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, scams, or content that is illegal, abusive or misleading
• Follow the terms of WhatsApp and Telegram, and the laws that apply to your messages, including consent and anti-spam rules
• Keep your login details confidential and tell us at once if someone else uses your account

You are solely responsible for the contacts, content and data you put into the Services.

Our WhatsApp and Telegram connections are unofficial integrations. WhatsApp or Telegram may limit, restrict or ban an account at any time, for example when they judge messages to be unwanted.

We do not control those decisions and cannot guarantee delivery, replies or that your account will not be restricted. Use the Services at your own risk and keep your sending sensible.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We are not liable for loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your negligence.

We may suspend or end accounts that break these Terms, misuse the Services, or harm other users or our platform.

• New accounts start on a free demo that lasts 7 days, with the limits shown on our pricing page. No card is needed
• Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST
• Each plan has its own limits, such as numbers, contacts and messages, which are shown on the pricing page
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details
• Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy
• We may change prices or add fees with prior notice

If a payment fails and is not resolved, we may pause sending or end your plan. Your data is kept.

All content, software, trademarks and designs of the Services belong to Wemofy. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer any part of the Services.

You keep ownership of your own data and content.

Some features use artificial intelligence to suggest or rewrite text. We try to keep suggestions useful, but results are not guaranteed to be accurate or suitable.

You are responsible for reviewing anything an AI feature produces before you send or publish it.

Business information in the finding tool comes from public open data. It can be incomplete or out of date, and a phone number may no longer be in use or may not be on WhatsApp.

You are responsible for how you use it, including having a lawful basis to contact the people and businesses you choose.

To the fullest extent the law allows:

• Wemofy is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from using, or being unable to use, the Services
• We do not guarantee message delivery, replies, sales or revenue
• We are not liable for any restriction or ban WhatsApp or Telegram places on an account
• Your use of the Services and its AI features is at your own risk and discretion

We may suspend or end your access if you:

• Break these Terms
• Engage in illegal, fraudulent or harmful behaviour
• Harm our reputation or the stability of the platform

When access ends, your right to use the Services stops immediately. You may stop using the Services and cancel your plan at any time.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your data.

The Services may link to or work with third-party tools. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is posted here with a revised date. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
